[BUG] Cannot configure transforms.outbox.table.field.event.routing_key with environment variable #9

Steps to reproduce

Use OUTBOXER_TRANSFORMS_OUTBOX_TABLE_FIELD_EVENT_ROUTING_KEY as env variable

Description

Expected: transforms.outbox.table.field.event.routing_key
Actual:transforms.outbox.table.field.event.routing.key

It will resolve to routing.key, probably because the variable is transformed by replacing _ with .
