Premier access with Cleeng offer is available after completing SVOD subscription

We configured a (test) asset as a premier access item, by adding a exclamation mark in front of the product ID.

The product IDs have been configured as follows:

It works as expected for the jwp offer, but not for the cleeng offer.

The expected result is that all items EXCEPT the premier access items are available... The end user still needs to buy the premier access item separately.

The actual result is that all items are already available when an SVOD subscription has been bought through Cleeng, INCLUDING the premier access item. (The premier access item does not need to be bought)

Strangely, this happens when using Cleeng, not when using JWP (previously known as InPlayer).
