self.udef is currently only allowed to be a float or int. Allow a depth dependent value.

Requirements for implementation

  • resample input self.udef to .dz resolution
  • check udef order s.t. [-ice_thickness : dz : 0]
  • A_matrix() update to terms, calling appropriate udef value when creating A
