Guide to train a model on custom domain data / or Finetuning existing models on domain data?

Hello,

I wanted to know if there are any guides on training Zipformer models on custom data or fine-tuning existing models. I see that Lhotse and Icefall are used for Data Preparation and training but I wanted to know if there any guides or Quickstart tutorials for training or finetuning.
