I am wondering how to cite your repository correctly...

Until now it looks like this:

Are you ok with it, or should I change something?

Dear Franziska,
thank you for reusing the dataset! That's what it's made for.
For a number of reasons, I couldn't take care of AtlantGIS the way it deserved. I will update the dataset for my own course in winter and provide the suggested solutions to important questions about metadata etc. in this context. So long I ask for patience and understanding that no release of zenodo will take place yet.
Your suggested citation looks fine to me. You might want to add a reference to the cc by-sa 4.0 license
