.meteor/release not being respected - how to force use of a release #16

Hi There,
I am building for production using meteord:onbuild and have just noticed that it is pulling the latest version of meteor and not the one specified in my .meteor/release file - is there some way that I can force this build instead? I am building straight from Docker and the new "can't use root account" message is killing my builds.
