Does anyone has experience with running Desktop GUI on Kairos (a-la kiosk-mode)?

Hi, I want to use Kairos for the kiosk-like device. I have a PC with touch screen attached and I want to run a DE there and be able to start a few pre-installed applications by using desktop icons. So, kinda a kiosk-mode, but with actual Desktop. Does anyone has experience with such setup? Is it feasible at all?

When I started playing with this, I remember I was running full xfce and then switched to cage because I wanted to "feel" like a kiosk and not a full DE. So it's definitely doable.

Thanks! Since then I managed to actually run Gnome desktop on Kairos by making own base image with gnome-desktop installed 😂 Surprisingly it just worked! 😇
