currently if users try and join DAO through Tribute, proposal field is empty https://kali-ui.vercel.app/daos/1/0xa549151d02b42c8759ced1b3cd00c9cba4e1a39f/proposals/1

we should have default text scraped from tx itself, like 'robertcampbell.eth makes tribute of 0.1 [ETH] for 10 [SYMBOL]'
