*Feature Request* reduce size of navigation bar or hide navigation bar on window inactivity.

Would it be possible to have an option to make the address bar smaller, or even make the address bar disappear with inactivity in the window, similar to how the navigation bar on a video will disappear when the mouse isn't moving? The navigation bar takes up a lot of space on my small screen, so I want to see if it's possible to make it smaller.
