  • Destroy the gallery -> embeddings, diagnostics and expression tabs
  • Add feature-variance plot

needs a lot of rethinking on the UI for multi-gene selection and user experience

  • Violin Plots -> expression profile for a feature across annotation groups
  • Facet by features and annotations
  • bubble plots & heatmaps

  • Colors for expanding barplots for a gene
  • Stratify plots
  • SVG cuts off labels for embedding plots
  • Make sure file names end with png
  • split views of the plots by some cell annotation
