Add the ability to edit text of tags, delete the tag everywhere in edit tags

Add the ability to edit the text of tags, now you have to delete the tag and create it anew and bind it to the cards in a new way. Also, when you delete a tag in tag editing, they still remain on the cards, but editing their color is no longer available.

Editing tags will be out with the next version 0.8 soon. Deleting tags is a behavior I'm not 100% sure about but indeed it is probably more intuitive to delete tags entirely.
