Make running executable again open the original instance #214

Right now, when rclone browser is already running, and you decide to run the executable again, rclone browser gives an error:

Rclone Browser is already running.
Only one instance is allowed.

Instead of showing this error message, would it be an idea to make it open the already running instance?
