Mark old entries as grey dots

Problem

We have many old entries, but nobody checks that or updates them. As there is no visual effect, there is also no motivation to check their acutality

Solution

After notification-issues to regpis is solved: kartevonmorgen/kvm-email-notification#3

• If an entry was not updated or modified for X (=700) days, then

  • Show a warning in the footer with yellow background: "This entry was not updated for more than one year. If nobody updates it, it will be archived after Y (=5) years. Help to keep this map up to date if you know this entry in real." (DE: "Dieser Eintrag wurde seid über einem Jahr nicht mehr aktualisiert und wird nach Y (=5) Jahren archiviert werden, wenn er nicht mehr aktuell ist. Hilf mit, die Karte aktuell zu halten:"
  • Show the entry-Pin as a grey dot, independetly if it has a positive rating (same grey, as while editing, but dot instead of Pin)

• After 5 years they might get hidden completly in the frontend: Hide entries after 5 years of inactivity #140

Then show the following 3 links: edit, approve, archive
