Issues with Connecting to RStudio Cloud

Thank you for this much useful app.
I am trying to connect RStudio Cloud to my Dropbox account. I am logged in to both the accounts in the same browser. I also installed the httpuv package.

After I run
drop_auth()

the browser opens a tab saying "rdrop2 would like access to the files and folders in your Dropbox...".

But After I click "Allow", it takes me to the following page:
http://localhost:1410/?state=2WM8iLkNLC&code=Gb55ALUni1QAAAAAAAAjPOW5a6FPwgDmMHJ9EeUIoKc

The page says:
"Hmmm… can't reach this page
localhost refused to connect.
Search the web for localhost
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
