Sticky Labels for the spectrogram plugin?

When the audio scrolls, you lose the labels. Could they be sticky?

Would do that, but on firing up dev env, yarn then yarn start, nothing happens. If I type localhost:9090 into the browser I get connection refused. If I use VS Code golive plugin, the example area appears, some areas work, but all plugins error with can't find container.
