Custom field added into test case is not displayed at test case execution time

I created a custom field for test case for specifying some special instructions for tester while executing a particular test case.

When I am adding / editing a test case, I get access to this field and I can enter the information. When the tester is executing the test case, the test case information is displayed to the tester except for the custom field that I have added.
