Is there any way to use ncbi-genome-download to access past versions of Genbank or Refseq? Or does it only ever download from the latest versions of those databases?
(Context: we use ncbi-genome-download to download all viral genomes in Genbank for our viral MGS pipeline, and would like to be able to do so reproducibly in case we need to go back and reproduce a past analysis. But this isn't possible if we can only ever access the latest database version at runtime.)
