Link examples to generated doc

Add the possibility to link hand written examples to a generated endpoint documentation. (Can be written by completing a generated example in swagger editor)

Explore the possibility to first generate default examples if they are not already written.

Logs should also refer any example which is not linked to a endpoint (deleted or wrongly written example)
