New checkings required by some applications (?)

Hello,
For your information:
I found this apk (taxes published by French gov) that is making some new checkings since its last update yesterday.

This is my first post to github, so I apologize in case of any mistake.
Should I report this to another repository ?

I use Magisk (hidden) + Safetynet fix + Magiskshideprops with exact hardware (oneplus 8T EU) since some time now.
Banking apps are still OK.
I run lineageos for microg 19.1
The bypass is to reinstall previous version that I extracted from another mobile.

I made another test with the same phone using lineageos (no microg, no gapps).
This application is asking for a connection to the actual play store before entering any identifier or password.

I suppose that other apps (banking, etc.) may do that in a close future.
Will report this to microg hoping that someone is able to cope with this.

Closing my own remark after some... training:
... some applis requires the installer to be defined as google "com.android.vending"

for apks : use the -i flag -> pm -i
for split apks : first step is -> pm install-create -i "com.android.vending" -S TOTAL_SIZE_OF_ALL_APKS
