(I have not done this because the TV I'm using doesn't support power controls over HDMI.)

This might be done by creating a cron job for on/off times which runs the xset commands as given in the autostart. There are probably other ways.

Acceptance criteria:

Cron jobs exist for turning the TV off and on
Variables in Ansible setup can configure the on/off schedule.
