Description

This is to document and promote kedro viz run with --lite option.

Context

The --lite option for Kedro Viz was introduced in v10.0.0.

To clarify, documentation about this already exists https://docs.kedro.org/projects/kedro-viz/en/stable/kedro-viz_visualisation.html#visualise-a-kedro-project-without-installing-project-dependencies

We agreed to do some user validation first. Some specific steps

Hi @astrojuanlu , I will reach out to the user and see what the issue is. From the error message it seems the file parsing has issues. The immediate action we can do is improve the error message specifying which file was having issues. File parsing can be tricky if the file isn't UTF-8 encoded. I will update here once I speak to the user. Thank you
