Is it possible to detect when there are problems resolving the schemas needed for metadata validation? #294

I.e., when one uses the validate metadata function, one or more schemas (via import) may be used and need to be found and loaded.
In this process problems may happen but, at the moment and if one of the schemas cannot be found, RODA-in says the metadata is invalid and show a message of the schema validation process.
Perhaps in this situations, the error message should state that this might happen because one or more schemas could not be loaded with success.
