Adding Luri Bakhtiari's translations and answering a question

After including the translations in the application; Luri Bakhtiari's language can be used by the user in the program???
I ask this question because I had already translated Luri Bakhtiari's language for a program, but they said that this language is not supported by Microsoft and we cannot include it in the program...

Please check this and let me know...
