Add option to include/download other types of threadmarks on SB/SV/QQ (Xenoforo)

leech only downloads the main story threadmarks but sometimes you also want the apocrypha, sidestory, informational, ... threadmarks to read omakes or becouse they sometimes contain valuable information. Not sure what's the best place to include them as it depends on story what makes sense most. Sometimes you want them in order with the normal threadmarks (by date) other time it would make more sense to stick them at the end.

There's actually a completely-undocumented way to get those out as separate ebooks currently, which is that the xenforo handling watches out for being given the reader-mode link to a specific threadmark category. So e.g. if I did leech https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/bleach-worm-arana.305947/19/reader/ I'd get the informational threadmarks for that one.
