Create 3 MailChimp subscription VBOs

Please create 3 MailChimp subscription VBOs that we can access at bulk ops that enable us to:

• 1. Subscribe user(s) to the newsletter.
• 2. Unsubscribe user(s) from the newsletter.
• 3. Resubscribe user(s) to the newsletter (first 2 and then 1) This will have the effect of bumping the user so that MailChimp will receive the Drupal profile Full Name and it will be placed in the MailChip profile First Name.

For some reason when users are imported with bulk import they are subscribed to the newsletter but their Full Name doesn't get to MailChimp. This issue should help clean that up. Cheers!
