Cause "Segmentation fault" in WSL in windows 10 when testing for huge ip list

As the title says, in Windows Linux Subsystem, running the app with "cat china_ip_list" (a Huge amount of IPs, the list is available in github), it would cause "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" error, thus made my os a bit crashed now.

Does it work with a smaller IP set?

It does work with small IP sets. BTW, running it in centos7 with large set would call the system to kill it, which shows "killed"(translated from chinese) after some time.
