USB Camera super slow frame rate #2

After debugging and installing ffmpeg in the rtsp-simple-server service, we managed to get a connection to the USB camera. However we noticed that the reading outside the container is super slow (which is not inside the container).

We need to investigate how to overcome this, and if this is a networking thingy.
