Aggregate tests by host in notifications #152

Aggregate/group tests by the host they were executed on, in notifications, so it's easier to make sense of which were running together.

Requires kernelci/kcidb-io#12.

After discussion on the maillist and on meetings, this was deemed unimportant. Removing the milestone.

With the amount of test results we get, listing all the hosts tests ran on would be infeasible. Closing.
