Add motion/object detection from ONVIF cameras to Protect

Protect now supports ONVIF cameras, but it doesn't use the ONVIF notifications for motion/object detection, which this project can still do better.

An idea going forward for this project could be looking into injecting motion detection from the ONVIF stream into the Protect timeline.
