+We are searching for a **Lead DevOps Engineer** to architect and scale the infrastructure powering our **SaaS platform**, currently under development. This role is your chance to lead transformative projects in a space where innovation meets execution.

+## 🌟 About the Role
+- Design, build, and scale the infrastructure for Kestra’s SaaS platform.
+- Automate provisioning and management of cloud resources for efficiency and reliability.
+- Set up and optimize monitoring, deployment, and repair systems to ensure high availability.
+- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
+- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and application issues quickly and effectively.
+- Implement innovative solutions to boost engineering productivity.
+- Continuously enhance operational metrics like deployment speed and reliability.

+## 👤 Must-have Qualifications
+- **7+ years of experience** in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
+- **Professional Expertise** in Kubernetes and Terraform, with experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
+- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and scalability.
+- Fluent in English and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
+- Professional experience in managing & monitoring database & distributed systems like Kafka, PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
+- Being able to work in a startup culture where delivering features quickly to our customers is the most important.
