Love this extension, thank you for your hard work on it!

I'd love to see an option to use ⌘-return (command-return) on macOS to end the comment block.

The problem I have with shift-return is that once the comment block is complete, subsequent presses of return while holding shift do nothing. Whereas holding ⌘ while pressing return gives (non-comment) newlines: with a new ⌘-return option in auto-comment-blocks, I can then hold ⌘, press return to end the comment block, and while still holding ⌘, press return more times to get new blank lines. That would greatly speed up my workflow by minimizing keystrokes.

I'm happy to contribute to this feature, if you can give guidance on where I should be looking in the code.
