App crashes when deleting chat from the left side bar #105

Environment:

On a fresh install of Ollama + ollamac, using Gemma 2 9b
macOS: 14.6.1 (23G93)
M1 Pro, 32GB

Scenario 1 Steps:

Start Ollama
Open Ollamac (fresh install)
Pick any model (gemma for this example) from the right side bar
Send a message and get the response from the LLM
Delete this chat from the left side bar (right click > delete), while having the chat open
Click on the New Chat button
App crashes instantly

Scenario 2 Steps:

Start Ollama
Open Ollamac (fresh install)
Pick any model (gemma for this example) from the right side bar
Delete the default empty chat from the left side bar (right click > delete)
Notice the chat box/window is still active
Try to send a message
App crashes instantly

These aren't big issues, but might as well have them here.
