We have DelphesSTDHEP_EDM4HEP, DelphesROOT_EDM4HEP and DelphesPythia8_EDM4HEP command-line executables (plus their equivalent with EvtGen interface). It would be interesting to also have DelphesHepMC3_EDM4HEP.

There is a starting point (https://github.com/key4hep/k4SimDelphes/blob/main/standalone/src/DelphesHepMCReader.h) which seemed to be faulty (#33)
