Description

An installed extension may not be available to all realms, but only to some realms. For example a custom authenticator would only be available for some realms and not all.

Is "enabling an exension for a realm" something that a realm admin should be able to do or is this a responsibility for the server (master realm) admin?

If we could define which "feature" is available within a realm, we could make the availability of an extension within a realm depend on whether a certain feature is enabled or not in a realm.
