Given it depends on IntercoolerData to modify the incoming request, probably want a system check or init error for it?

Fixes #10 - middlewares which have to check request.is_intercooler() …

…- i.e: all of them - will now raise an error if the IntercoolerData middleware isn't present.

This can't be done as a system check, because the package doesn't otherwise need to be in the INSTALLED_APPS so won't be picked up.
