Data Requests

Please submit a pull request here if you would like to request more data. Our team will constantly review it, and provide as much as is feasible to rigorously and consistently maintain.

Cases and Testing

  1. Recovered cases at national and state level
  2. Cases at district level
  3. Cases in cluster at state level
  4. Testing at state level
  5. Number of cases split by variant at country and state level
  6. Cases and Tests tabulated by age, sex, and date (ideally onset for cases).
  7. Granular (anonymised, individual-level) data of confirmed cases:
    • the date of (suspected) exposure to the virus.
    • the dates of testing and result of RT-PCR.
    • socio-demographic information, e.g. age, sex, ethnicity, comorbidities.
    • clinical stage of COVID-19/severity.
  8. Actual positive test numbers - numbers might be delayed by a few days

Healthcare

Deaths

  1. Granular (anonymised, individual-level) data on deaths, e.g. age, sex, nationality, comorbidities.
  2. Deaths tabulated by age, sex, and occurrence date

Vaccination

  1. Data on those positive/hospitalised/dead but vaccinated
  2. Vaccinations (partial and full) by age, sex, and date.

Mobility and Contact Tracing

  1. [added] MySejahtera checkins by state
  2. Population age group of MySejahtera check-ins, specified on by-state level
  3. Check-in locations categorized (e.g. supermarkets, hospitals) by state
