Build for Support 16 KB page sizes

I am wondering if it is ok for a 16kb page library runs on a 4kb page Android system(Android 14, 13, ...), or we need to introduce a new build variant for 16kb page library. Still need time to investigate and test. Any information or guidance is welcome.
