Dimmer functions for RM4 do not work #8

This PR added support for the newer RM4 model.
I have both the RM Pro Plus as the RM4 so I tested with both.

The same configuration for the RM4 doesn't work for dimmers. The RM4 doesn't even send a signal so I guess the rendered RF code is incorrect.
