Cursor directory permission error #140

I did everything as instructed but when I opened the cursor-vip app it kept giving an error as shown in the picture. I ran the command below, checked the cursor properties and made sure to uncheck read-only but it still didn't work?

Observe if there are any errors when running the command it prompts

Following his instructions, execute the command, cancel the read-only attribute, and then execute again. Will there still be any problems?
