Share large files with non-Google account owner

Hard to force the people with higher profile with less IT literacy to create Google account if they don't have one, esp. if we're the ones who are asking their favor.
So need an alternative, less stressful as possible ways.

As commented I ran out of options. All cloud services I looked into (G-Drive, dropbox.com, WeTransfer) requires an account on their platform for uploading a file AFAICT.
