When using custom URL providers which are not based on the page name, renaming pages adds a redirect loop.
This redirect has to be manually deleted for the page to continue to work.
A simple check for if the actual URL has changed as well as the page name would fix this in our case, however in some cases other properties of a document may cause URL changes so the redirect manager should really be based the URL and NOT the page name to work correctly in all cases.
Thanks
