21. Quality Control and Display

It is SUGGESTED that the project implements continuous integration (CI) and that additional quality assurance tools, such as static/dynamic code analysis and vulnerability scanning, are used regularly.
Furthermore, it is SUGGESTED that the project provides quality metrics (code coverage, badges etc) on its project website.

Notes:

• Here the term CI is understood the following: New or changed code is frequently integrated into a central code repository and automated tests are run on the result.
• Additional quality assurance tools are ideally also integrated in the CI pipeline.
