Increase visibility of intro-slides on the frontpage #53

The intro-slides are easy to be overlooked on the landingpage and hard to find on every other page. We could go for a couple of options

add intro-slides to the menu items
add how-to-learn to the menu items and refer to intro slides in there
increase the visibility of the link on the landingpage
highlight important talks in the talks-list
...

We could also turn the introductory talks in a big fat link or implement post pinning to pin the intro post to the top.
