Overlay with contestants to Norwegian apnea contests

This app provides an overlay to use for contestent-data for livestreaming NM, DM, Sm etc.

The app consists of an database of contestent data, with a frontend for inputing and updating data. Also a web page that can be used with H2R-graphics. This can be achived by using a http listener.
