A lot has changed, so I would recommend reading the release notes / blog 😉 ./Klaas |

Ok that sort of makes sense I install from the web site and then adopted into ESPhome dashboard
But there was very little there so adding the esp32.yaml in there would make more sense
Do you know where I can add in the “ignore_strapping_warning: true” into the esp32.yaml?

Sorry still confussed even when I use the esp32.yaml it goes all through the setup
But then need to be adopted again and all I then see in the yaml is substitutions:
name: home-assistant-glow-e7ad10
packages:
klaasnicolaas.home-assistant-glow: ***@***.***
esphome:
name: ${name}
name_add_mac_suffix: false
api:
encryption:
key: h/zRAh+hugvwj6rDJC0LZlLtSrkKXBYsdzHOs/iUqoQ=
wifi:
ssid: !secret wifi_ssid
password: !secret wifi_password
is this correct?
Where all the other bits gone?

No, I don't know where to place this, but it doesn't hurt to just leave the message as it is.

What exactly do you mean by faster? Have you connected the photodiode PCB to the correct GPIO pin? Since v4 a different pin has been used.
If this is really a problem, please create an issue, as that is not what the discussions are intended for.
