Possible implementation of PSR7?

@Rican7, @chriso, what are your thoughts about adding PSR7 support in the next major release of Klein? It would be a most welcome feature for developers who prefer to use their own HTTP library. (I personally love Zend Diactoros.) I would also be more than happy to help implement this feature, especially if you don't have enough free time on your hands.

Any news on this? Actually the one reason for me to not use this lib right now is lack of PSR7 and lack of strict types since php 7.1.
