Money-related reports show 0, tickets not free

Describe the bug
Everything related to money is not reporting right after I deleted old 6 metro lines, tracks and rebuilt the network.
Metro train reconfigured to 480 seats (was 500), city metro budget raised to 150% from 100%.

I've waited for more than 4 in-game weeks for it to catch up. "Financial Report" displays correct data for the day (current period), but that's it.

Also: inconsistent font size and thus UI feels broken, but it's not a big deal. Just FYI.
