ダウンロードを途中で中断・アプリ再起動時に再開 #290

#225 よりダウンロードを任意の場所から再開できなくなったので、これもする必要がある

アプリ次回起動時に続きをするのが前提
中断データは１つのみ作成することができる
中断データはファイルに保存
いつでも続きを再開できる
「中止」ボタンのほかに「中断」ボタンを新設する

実装として、Linkからデータをロードする時にファイル名を取得できるが、読み込み済のファイル名を保存してそれをスキップする感じがいいと思う
