ContentDisposition is always empty

Hi,
I'd like to save an attachment. Unfortunatelly is the return value of ContentDisposition always empty.
So its not possible to read the attached data.

I seems, that the key Content-Disposition is always missing in the header map

Hi @Franky-W. I wouldn't have the time to test this out right now. If you're able to figure this out and come up with a solution, please do share it here so that it can be added to the repo.
