Integration of the Ilastik learning and segmentation toolkit into KNIME Image Processing.

Installation Instructions

You can install the KNIME Ilastik Integration from the nightly or stable community contributions update-site. For instructions on how to add them to KNIME see the KNIME Community Contributions page.

After installation In KNIME: Go to File -> Preferences -> KNIME -> Ilastik and enter the path of your Ilastik installation.
